Training alone however, is not sufficient to catalyze the change that business requires today. Business wants an ROI from the training dollars invested, and as a result, we have created our “Learn And Do” model.
In this model, just-in-time training is combined with hands-on application, so that the learners can experience Lean practically – in their workplace – rather than having simply a theoretical understanding that typically occurs with a traditional training format. In addition to accelerating the ROI of the engagement, the “Learn And Do” strategy is key to creating internal advocates for the new initiative and sustaining the momentum of change.
