A detailed value stream mapping exercise was conducted to identify areas of risk and opportunity. Rapid Process Improvement Workshops (RPIWs)were implemented to ‘5S’ the workplace. Visual inventory controls were designed and implemented to ensure the benefits from the RPIWs.
