Kusam is a Master Black Belt and professional engineer with global experience in leading transformations, continuous improvement and program implementation across numerous industries.

She has held senior positions with companies such as CIBC, Kaizen Consulting Group and ViaSystems.

Kusam’s consulting experience cuts across many varied industries and functions including manufacturing, financial services, government, military, law enforcement, telecommunications, manpower, finance and logistics. She is an expert in leaning processes and creating sustainable change in her clients and has delivered numerous workshops and training in Lean, Six Sigma and change management.

In addition, Kusam has extensive experience in designing and leading change initiatives in complex organizations, including the deployment of continuous improvement programs such as Lean and Six Sigma.

Kusam holds an engineering degree from the University of Toronto and is an ASQ certified Black Belt designate.
