Dr. Michael Mladjenovic is a Master Black Belt, whose professional experience includes senior positions in operations, engineering, continuous improvement, and quality for LifeLabs, Maple Leaf Foods, Magna Int., Intier Interiors, General Electric, PPG, and SKF (IKL).
Dr. Mladjenovic has published over 20 papers related to business improvment, strategic management, integrated risk management, and problem solving methodology. During his work in automotive, food, electronic, and health sectors Dr. Mladjenovic has led a number of initiatives related to the development of Enterprise Business systems, Enterprise Improvement Strategies and the implementation of Quality Systems globally. He has conducted trainings and workshops on Lean strategy development, Lean manufacturing, Value Stream mapping, TPM, Quick change over, Kaizen, Kanban, Business Process management, Project Management, Value Engineering, Theory of Contrains, and 5S.
Dr. Mladjenovic is an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, Reliability and Quality Engineer, Registered Engineer, and holds a B.S., a Master’s and Doctor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business.
